Noodle Salad



This is a basic recipe for pasta salad. I wouldn’t even try to count the numerous versions of this recipe. Braley prefers to call it noodle salad over pasta salad, so the name has stuck. It the perfect dish to take to a summer picnic or as a light side.

12 oz box Tri Color Rotini
16 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 green bell pepper

Boil noodles until tender
Wash and chop vegetables
Drain noodles and mix all ingredients together

Chill several hours or overnight before serving.

* I also like to add kidney or pinto beans
